Rayda Plastics manufacture bespoke products to either the customer's specification or can design a product for a specific purpose. We then custom design our extrusion processes to suit.

We can also:

• Print on our customers' products with state of the art inkjet printers or hot melt printers.
• Extrude in a wide range of stock colours as well as offering a full colour matching service.
• Co-extrude two different but compatible plastics onto the same product.
• Design and develop extrusion tools in house.
• Punch out and router holes as part of the extrusion process.

Materials - At Rayda we extrude in a wide variety of material types including PVC (flexible PVC), UPVC (Rigid PVC), ABS, Polyethylene (LDPE, LLDPE & HDPE), Polypropylene, food grade and recycled materials.
